Each of them has been confined in a separate interrogation room, to ensure there is no chance their stories will be rehearsed or prepared.

The incident occurred at 8pm on the date in question. The bank vault was opened, and several safety deposit boxes and safes were cracked open. The thief, or thieves, made away with a king’s ransom of gold, jewels and cash belonging to a single man, one of the city’s wealthiest residents and prominent business owners.

The victim’s name is █████, owner of █████ LLC, one of the major employers in the area. His recent actions have made him a target of protests, union action and various threats on his life. I’m sure you’re familiar enough with the news to do the necessary research on this.

He was with one of the suspects at the time of the incident. This does not rule her out of suspicion. Someone masterminded this crime, and Mr. █████ has offered an additional reward for the return of what amounts to a vast fortune held in physical assets.

You are to listen to each of the suspect’s statements. Please pay close attention. Look for gaps, doubt, inconsistencies and any clues they’re stupid enough to cough up.
